Sternridge provides invoice factoring services exclusively to qualified logistics industry professionals. Our services are available to:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
To use our factoring services, you must register and provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and your company. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a verifiable physical business address that is not a P.O. Box or virtual address. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Sternridge provides invoice factoring services whereby we purchase your eligible freight invoices at a discount in exchange for immediate payment. The specific terms, advance rates, and fees for your factoring arrangement will be detailed in a separate Factoring Agreement. All factoring transactions are subject to our credit approval of the account debtor (your customer).

Factoring fees and advance rates are disclosed in your Factoring Agreement. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with the factoring services you use. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.
We maintain the confidentiality of your business information and financial data. We will not share your information with unauthorized third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (such as credit verification with your customers).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sternridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations under your Factoring Agreement remain in effect.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
